The basics
They are the rules for using mymightyk9.com. By reading or using the site, you agree to them.
Mymightyk9 runs the site. We are the U.S. stocking partner for Mighty K9, not the manufacturer. "We" and "us" mean Mymightyk9. "You" means anyone who visits.
Terms date: October 11, 2026. If we change them, we post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the change.
These terms are a plain-language draft. A lawyer has not yet reviewed them. Some points, including governing law, will be confirmed in that review.

Not vet advice
No. The site gives general product information for dog owners. It does not diagnose, treat or replace an exam by your own veterinarian.
Mighty K9 is sold as a supplement, not as a veterinary drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your vet before you start any supplement, and follow your vet's advice over anything you read here. Our full disclaimer explains more.
If your dog may have swallowed too much of any product, call your vet or ASPCA Animal Poison Control at (888) 426-4435 (ASPCA Animal Poison Control).
Product use
Mighty K9 is for dogs only. The label says: "For canine use only. Keep out of reach of children and animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately."
You agree to use the product only as the label directs: 2 mL once daily, mixed into food. Do not give it to people, cats or other animals. Keep it away from children. Store it as the label says: Store in a cool and dark place.
The sales FAQ says to check with a vet first for puppies under six months.
Orders
The seller's. Our site has no cart and takes no payments.
You buy from the seller on its checkout page. Its terms cover price, payment, tax, shipping, the money-back guarantee and refunds. Phone +1 (302) 200-3480 or write to [email protected], giving your order ID.
Orders placed directly on mighty-k9.com follow that store's policies (Mighty-K9, refund policy) (Mighty-K9, shipping policy). Contact [email protected] or (713) 432-9245.
We summarize those policies on our refund policy and shipping pages. If our summary and the seller's terms differ, the seller's terms at checkout win.
Affiliate
Yes. We earn money when you buy through our order buttons. The price you pay is the same as the seller sets at checkout.
That payment does not change how we describe the product. We show the weak points too: no controlled dog trials of its C60, no NASC seal and no published lab certificate. Our editorial standards explain how we keep it fair.
Prices and accuracy
We try, but they can change. Prices on the site were checked on the brand store on October 11, 2026. The seller can change prices, packs, shipping and offers at any time. Before you pay, the order page gives the final total.
Product facts follow the bottle label and the brand's pages. If the label changes, the label wins. Studies are described as published, with links. If you spot an error, email [email protected] and we will check and fix it.
Site content
You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Do not copy whole pages, images or brand graphics without written permission.
The Mighty K9 name, label art and badges belong to the brand owner. Linked studies belong to their publishers.
Links and reviews
Outside links lead to studies, government pages and the brand store. We do not control those sites, and their own terms apply once you leave.
We publish customer reviews only when the order desk can match them to a real order and the buyer agrees. We do not pay for reviews or edit their meaning. By sending a review, you let us show it on the site with your first name, last initial and city. You can ask us to remove it at any time. Read how this works on the reviews page.
Do not send reviews that name other people, include medical records or claim the product treats a disease. We will not publish those.
Limits
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it is always available, error-free or right for your dog.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses from using the site or acting on its content. Claims about a product or an order go to the seller under its checkout terms. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state named at checkout. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies.
Questions about these terms: [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Mail: Mymightyk9, 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019, USA. See also our privacy policy.
